Bianca Schröder joined the RIFS communications department in June 2014. She studied philosophy at the University of Hamburg (M.A.) and literature at Johns Hopkins University (Ph.D.). She trained as a journalist at the Hannoversche Allgemeine Zeitung and has worked as a program manager at the International Center for Journalism at Freie Universität Berlin and as a freelance journalist for the taz, Deutsche Welle and the magazine of the Leibniz Association.
